SELECTION PROCEDURE FOR NDA & NA The NDA & NA Exam is conducted by UPSC for the post officer in defence services . It is of two phase i.e. Written and SSB and further information about selection procedure is given below:-
(a) WRITTEN EXAM :- Written exam consist of two subjects one is Maths and second is General Studies. Whole paper aggregate 900 marks, i.e. 300 in Maths and 600 in General studies. The question paper is objective type and it is in both language hindi as well as english. (b) SSB :- The written qualified students then have undergo for SSB conducted in various centres of SSB. SSB last for five days there candidates have to face many exams like WAT, TAT, PPDT, GTO, GPE, Interview e.t.c.. For detailed SSB click here . Only SSB recommended candidates the undergo for medical examination at Military Hospitas.
NOTE :- Candidates applying for Army and Navy have to undergo only for SSB but the candidates applying for Air Force have to undergo for two test i.e. SSB and PABT (c) Then the qualified candidates need to submit all the Original certificates . A single combined list is prepared on the basis of total marks secured by them in the Written Examination and the Services Selection Board Tests. The final selection based on the number of vacancies for Army, Navy, Air Force of with reference to their order in the event of their final selection to one service will not admit to other remaining service NOTE:- Air force given pilot aptitude test only once for the candidate’s .The test selected candidates will go to every subsequent Interview. |
